Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • Arbitration shall be individual only.

  • No class actions are permitted.

  • No jury trial rights.

  • Arbitration venue: Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  • Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

You may opt out within 30 days of your first purchase by written notice to:
